What should I expect during the first cleaning?
First-time cleanings often take longer as we establish our baseline and learn your preferences. We'll do a walkthrough with you to understand your priorities and any special instructions.
Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?
We ask that you:
Pick up personal items and clutter so we can focus on actual cleaning
Secure any valuables or fragile items
Ensure we have access to water and electricity
Put away any sensitive documents
Let us know about any specific areas of concern
Are your cleaning products safe?
Yes! We use only eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment. All our products are carefully selected to provide excellent cleaning results while maintaining a healthy home environment.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don't need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with access instructions and we'll lock up securely when finished. We're fully insured for your peace of mind.
Scheduling & Availability
We're available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed Friday through Sunday for other commitments.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Can I schedule recurring cleanings?
Absolutely! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring cleaning schedules. Regular clients receive priority booking and may qualify for discounted rates.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any fees. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you when possible.
