CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

- Same-day cancellations are subject to the full service fee

- Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case

- Emergency situations will be reviewed individually

- Rescheduling with 24+ hours notice is always free

- Multiple late cancellations may result in service termination

PAYMENT & LIABILITY

- Payment is due upon completion of service

- Any damages must be reported within 24 hours
